6. PAYMENT TERMS AND FEES

Pricing and Payment

• Beanemo App: Available as integrated access or standalone purchase
• Multiple licenses: Available for organizational use with quantity pricing
• All fees are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated
• Payment is due immediately upon purchase
• We accept payment methods displayed during the checkout process

License Terms

Each annual subscription includes:

• One teacher/adult/clinician/facilitator license for the Digital Programme
• Access to all included features and resources for the subscription period
• Integration with Beanemo App for children under your care
• The subscription is active from the date of purchase for exactly one year

Access Code Delivery

After purchase:

• You will receive a confirmation email with your receipt
• A separate email will contain your access code(s) and registration link
• Access codes must be used within a reasonable time after purchase
• Multiple codes may be provided for organizational licenses

Subscriptions

For subscription services:

• Billing cycles are as specified during signup (monthly, annually, etc.)
• Automatic renewal applies unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Price changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

Refunds
